Mallorca Rim Park

Mallorca Rim is an integrated amusement project which combined tourism, sport tourism, education  tourism  and edutainment.  The project will comprised 6 major component which are 21 unit of high end roller coaster (600 acres), theme park (300 acres), water theme park (282 acres), adventure park  (294 acres), international tennis centre (111 acres) and commercial centre and hotel (300 acres) to be developed by Althamis Amusement (Alor Gajah) Sdn Bhd. Located in the State of Melaka , the project  is expected  to draw 660 million attendance from all over Asean countries. The project is expected to complete by June, 2026

PROJECT STATUS

The Mallorca Rim International project has received substantial support from the State of Melaka and has been presented to the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) for further deliberation and engagement with relevant ministries at the Federal Government level. Extensive negotiations have been undertaken to attract foreign investments, demonstrating the company's commitment to securing international participation.

Since its inception in 2019, the project has undergone meticulous planning, design, and proposal stages, ensuring a comprehensive and well-structured development process. The profound impact of Mallorca Rim International on the tourism industry has necessitated active engagement with key stakeholders, including relevant ministries and local authorities. The project's adherence to Environmental Social Governance (ESG) principles, exemplified by the installation of six units of wind turbines for Green Technology, along with its creation of abundant job and business opportunities, has garnered endorsement from the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism, solidifying its position as a significant component of the national tourism calendar.
